Shano Photography, a passionate and bootstrapped team specializing inwedding photography, aimed to expand into commercial and videophotography. To support this transition, we undertook a complete brandrevamp, crafting a strong brand identity and a professional website thataligned with their new vision. Additionally, we established a structuredStandard Operating Procedure (SOP) and provided training on client approachand business expansion strategies. As a result, Shano Photography hassuccessfully positioned itself in the commercial photography space, nowhandling more commercial projects than weddings, marking a significanttransformation in their business growth.
